'Saudi Arabia and Australia: How are we different?'

This unit focuses on some of the differences between Saudi Arabia and Australia including its Governments, laws, trade, land, poverty and religion.  Activities within this integrated unit are open-ended allowing teachers to adopt lessons to their students.  If students are of an advanced level the teacher can extend this unit into level 5 CSF using Learning Outcomes such as Economy and Society 5.1 (Studies of Society and Environment.  this integrated unit covers a large amount of topics giving teachers flexibility and allowing students to gain a great deal of knowledge.

Furthermore this website offers student the opportunity to perform four of the tasks within the unit using Information and Communication Technology.  Giving students time to explore and offering students a variety of ways to learn will help keep them engaged.
